• 50% Deposit plus cleaning fee is due at time of availability confirmation.
• Balance is due 21 days prior to check-in date.
• Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made more than 14 days prior to check-in date.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made 14 days or less prior to check-in date.
