If you have not yet requested a reservation, please do so now, before making payment. • Deposit of 50% (plus 50% of cleaning fee for rentals) is due at time of availability confirmation. • $37.50 for 1/2 of Cleaning Fee will be added at checkout for both deposit and balance payments. • Remaining Balance due 21 days prior to check-in or charter date. • 13% Sales & Lodging Tax + 2% Processing Fee (15% total) will be added at checkout.
